How does one measure time? The arrow of time teaches us that time moves forward only, but what if one were to want to go back in time or slow time down? How would one achieve this? Einstein found that each individual experiences time in different ways, so slowing time is achievable.
In the quest for knowledge and enlightenment, I have come to find out that there exists 13 dimensions. In these 13 dimensions, you will find they are vastly different than each other. Each dimension holds a different place in the solar system. Since the universe is ever expanding, the 13th dimension is currently being created by God right now.
I will acknowledge there are many different types of meditation. The different forms include mindful meditation, transcendental meditation, chakra meditation, loving-kindness meditation, Kundalini meditation, and the list goes on. There is also self meditation, and there is guided meditation. When there are so many choices, where does one know where to begin?
The term enlightenment has mostly been associated with Tibetan & Buddhist monks. The Western ideology of religion – mostly Catholicism or Christianity – does not promote terms such as spirituality or enlightenment, in part due to the dogma of the structure of the churches. So when we think of enlightenment, we might automatically go to the stereotypical idea of a temple with monks praying for hours a day, devoting themselves to isolation to achieve these lofty heights, but a more realistic way to think about reaching enlightenment is through self-discipline.
Perspective is the way one sees something, and, although it is difficult to see sometimes, there are always two different perspectives for one situation. The yin and the yang, the balance of the universe, tells us that there are two sides to everything in life, the positive and the negative. In spirituality, a positive perspective is essential.
On the "road of life" called your spiritual journey, you will find detours along the way. Short detours are like quick rest stops. Long detours take you off your path only to have you backtrack way back, and, even more detrimental, longer detours take you so far off your path you may struggle to find your way back altogether.
I am once again reminded of the fragility of life when I see grief in a young man’s eyes. The look is undeniable; the pain unbearable. I softly ask if the young man is alright, and he responds with the news that his best friend died on New Year’s Eve 2020. The crushing news given as tears well up upon my inquiry.
Now that you have eliminated toxic people and defined healthy boundaries with those in your life, it is time to create a safe space for those that really matter. A circle of love, happiness, and trust gives way to wonderment, but, as in life, we cannot always get along with everyone all the time.
If people in your life are not toxic enough to completely eliminate, but you do have issues from time to time, it is time take a moment to pause. The point to having relationships is to connect on a positive level to share and enhance each others lives. If both are not benefiting from the relationship, it is in essence a unilateral relationship.

This altered dimension near the black hole has a way of morphing for each individual visitor, and yet it holds the key to the “Fountain of Youth." When one goes to visit 9th dimension, it is through astral traveling. The source with which one visits varies on that individual person's affiliation with the dark or the light. When one taps into the source through God, the 9th dimension holds wondrous powers, but it also exudes a lingering darkness from which the polar opposite source taps into as well.
